Initial psychiatric consultation
Service Description
At Evolve Psychiatry and Wellness, we understand that seeking psychiatric care is an important step toward improving your mental health. Our initial consultation is designed to provide a comprehensive evaluation of your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. During this 60–90 minute session, you will meet with one of our highly trained psychiatric providers to discuss your medical history, current symptoms, and any previous treatments. We take the time to understand your unique situation, including factors such as lifestyle, stressors, and personal goals. By the end of the consultation, we will work together to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. This may include recommendations for medication management, therapy options, or other holistic approaches to support your mental health and wellness journey. We are here to listen, support, and guide you through each step of your care. Our goal is to help you feel empowered, informed, and confident as we work together toward your mental wellness.
Cancellation Policy
Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or missing an appointment without notice will result in a late cancellation fee of $100.00. Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.
