New inquiry received via info@evolve-me-we-together.com

Inquiry acknowledged by Evolve Client Engagement & Support Officer (CESO) within 5 business days

New client info pack including fee info, service information sent to client. Inquirer to read, acknowledge and confirm that they wish to proceed.

CESO offers phone call (20minutes) to discuss (3 time-slots offered)

Conduct intake call; offer options:

  • Solution focused support with counsellor/intern

  • Waitlist for specific therapeutic support

  • Waitlist for assessment 

  • Information regarding out of hours support where appropriate

  • Refer back to GP/referral source for alternatives
